Junior Product Manager

• Develop marketing strategies and business plans for assigned product portfolios.

• Conduct market, competitor, industry, and customer analyses to identify business opportunities.

• Design and execute effective marketing plans, action plans, and promotional programs.

• Evaluate product performance, marketing effectiveness, market share, and product profitability.

• Collaborate closely with Sales Management teams to support marketing execution and business growth initiatives.

• Conduct product knowledge training and provide scientific support to sales teams.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with doctor, hospitals, healthcare institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Ensure product availability through effective coordination with related functions.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Doctor or Pharmacist

• Proven experience as a Product Executive or Junior Product Manager within the pharmaceutical industry.

• Strong understanding of Product Management, Marketing Strategy, Brand Management, and Business Development.

• Excellent market analysis and business planning capabilities.

• Experienced in managing product launches, promotional programs, and market development initiatives.

• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Willing to travel as required by business needs.
