Junior Performance Executive

Develop digital media plans, set up and optimize for the campaign performance on media channels, including Facebook, Google, Tiktok and other online channels.
Prepare creative brief and follow up with creative team on banner production.
Follow up with the admin and finance team on payment, including raising e-PR, PO, payment request signing, document submission and invoice collecting.
Responsible for the day to day running of campaigns, analyze metrics, provide campaign effectiveness reports weekly / monthly / quarterly, and proactively recommend optimizations when appropriate to improve media performance.
Research and frequently update new trends on digital, propose adaptation plan accordingly.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Other tasks will be assigned by the line manager.

Experience in marketing team or media agency background is a plus.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills including working with budgets and numbers.
Self-motivated and hard-working.
Strong analytical skills & problem solver.
Big interest in digital marketing.
Willing to create, do something new, and stay ahead of market trends.
Be willing to try, fail, and learn from mistakes.
