Junior Operation Staff (ONLY FEMALE)

· Handle Ocean/ Air Import/ export shipment
· Contact shipping lines/ co-loaders checking for rate, schedule, free -timme, booking, space, shipment status
· Follow and solve shipments from beginning to ending: booking, trucking, Custom clearance, loading, sending pre-alert, key costs and sales on internal system
· Check pre-alert, issue A/N, e-D/O, submit e-manifest, Dem/det following, Container damage and claim
· Follow and solve shipments from beginning to ending: follow ETA, customs clearance and trucking (if any), key cost and sales on internal system
· Take care customer service and documents, make payment to carriers/ vendors/ agents
· Coordinate with teams, vendors, carries, partners, co-loaders to handle customers smoothly.. Other tasks assigned by Director
· Preferred: ONLY FEMALE. CV/Resume: MUST BE IN ENGLISH
· Major: International trade, Foreign trade, Logistics, Transport, Import-Export
· English: Intermediate, knowing Korean language is a plus
· Having knowledge about International logistics and incoterms
· MS Office
· Good communication
· Priority:  2- 5 years experience in same position ((don't accept for Fresher))
· Education: College, University
· Gross Salary: USD up to 600
