Junior Data Analyst

Job description:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources

• Build dashboards and reports to track business performance and team performance

• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic decisions

• Work with stakeholders to understand business questions and translate them into data analysis

• Develop and maintain data pipelines / datasets for reporting

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity

• Present insights and recommendations in a clear, actionable way

• Proactively suggest improvements based on data findings

Job requirements:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Business Administration, Economics.

• Excellent Excel skills (must-have)

• Experience with Python, SQL, Tableau / Power BI / Looker is a plus

• Understanding of data modeling and basic statistics

• Fresh graduates with a strong background in Data related field and excellent analytical/research skills are welcome.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong finance foundation and excellent analytical/research skills.

• Good English proficiency (equivalent to TOEIC 600+).

• Detail-oriented and structured thinking

• Flexibility during peak seasons, including the ability to work extended hours when necessary to meet urgent deadlines and maintain service quality.

• Positive attitude, responsible, and committed to deadlines.

• Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and work effectively in a team environment.
