[Junior+] CAE Safety Engineer - Mảng Automotive, Kinh Nghiệm ANSA, LS-DYNA

·       Develop and validate vehicle body structures and occupant restraint systems using CAE simulation tools.

·       Perform crashworthiness and occupant protection analyses (frontal, side, and pedestrian protection).

·       Optimize component and system design to meet FMVSS, IIHS, ECE, GB, Euro NCAP, A-NCAP and other global safety regulations

·       Collaborate with design, testing, and R&D teams to translate simulation findings into design improvements.

·       Develop and refine virtual validation methods to enhance CAE accuracy and reduce physical testing needs.

·       Analyze and interpret crash results, prepare technical reports, and present findings to internal stakeholders.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

·       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Mechanics Engineering.

·       Minimum 2 years of experience in vehicle crashworthiness or occupant protection simulation using LS-DYNA / PAM-CRASH.

·       2–3 years of hands-on experience with CAE tools such as HyperWorks, LS-DYNA, Oasys Suite, Diadem, ANSA, etc.

·       Strong understanding of automotive structure design, crash behavior, and occupant kinematics.

·       Familiarity with global safety standards and regulatory requirements (FMVSS, IIHS, ECE, GB, NCAP).

·       Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.

·       Excellent reporting and presentation skills.

·       Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.

·       Capable of managing complex systems and performing under pressure.
