Junior CAD/BIM Engineer

What Junior CAD/BIM Engineer will do:We are looking for a Junior CAD/BIM Engineer to join our team. In this role, the matched candidate will:Ability to work with a variety of project types and/or disciplines.
Generate design drawings (formwork drawings, design sketches, details), and workshop documentation (reinforcement plans, rebar bending list) based on design information/standards from the structural design team or from client.
Prepare complete reinforcement concrete planning independently in AutoCAD 2D based on established standardsPrepare 2D Design Drawings and Build 3D Models workshop, as-built, and other Submittal drawings by using AutoCAD, Tekla or Revit software. Model includes 3D parametric modeling, representation and annotation of 3D information in 2D drawings, and 2D detailing for complex projectsProactively coordinate, communicate and collaborate with internal (project lead, team lead or manager) and external (clients) regarding the issues, risks associated during the design and phase in timely manner.
Ensure integrity and quality of CAD drawings and 3D models.
Strive to continuously develop your skills in our core applications.
Manage assigned tasks, share work with others, and coordinate with different disciplines.
Proactively build/ improve working processes and procedures on new projectsOther tasks as Project Lead / Manager’s request.

What Junior CAD/BIM Engineer needs:We are looking for a flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines. The successful candidate will possess:Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or closely related fields.
Open for fresher interested in reinforcement-concrete structures or Building Information Modeling (BIM).Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and ready to work on 2D detailing tasks in projects.
Willing to learn Tekla or Revit software to join in BIM projectsBeing interested in using modern technology to optimize working processes.
English skills for communication, reading technical documents, and preparing drawingsOther Requirements:Knowledge of European construction is preferable.
Ability to work under pressure with strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
Experience with other 2D/ 3D Software (Bluebeam, Civil 3D, Microstation, Solibri, Navisworks, Trimble connect etc.) is an advantage.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effective participation in team environment with an open mind.
Willing to contribute to our company for a long termStrong multi-tasking and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change.
