Junior Accountant

Coordinate with accounting service providers in Laos and Cambodia to reconcile accounting transactions on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Act as the liaison between the accounting service providers in Laos and Cambodia and the local teams to support pre-accounting activities.
Coordinate with the local teams in Laos and Cambodia to verify accounting supporting documents before payments are processed from Ho Chi Minh City.
Ensure accounting documents are properly scanned, organized, and electronically archived in accordance with company policies.
Prepare internal reports to Head Quarter Finance team on quarterly and annual basis.
Coordinate with external, internal and global auditors for their audit conduct in each country branch if any.
Coordinate with the Vietnam Finance team and support other accounting and finance tasks as assigned.

A minimum of 3 years experience in Accounting.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good English.
Effective teamwork and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
High learning agility and ability to work under pressure.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and diligent.
