Junior Account Executive

• Work directly with the Account Manager and clients to take briefs, prepare proposals, and present them to the Manager and clients.
• Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements.
• Collaborate with other team members to develop advertising campaigns that align with the client’s brief and budget.
• Present campaign ideas and budgets to clients, alongside agency colleagues (particularly the Account Manager).
• Collaborate daily with the Account Manager/Project Leader and clients to complete detailed project plans, managing all day-to-day operational aspects of the project scope from initiation to closure.
• Prepare reports to reflect project progress, including risks, benefits, and KPI achievements, for the Account Manager / Leader and Clients.
• Ensure effective communication flow among all stakeholders.
• Build trust and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to uncover insights and propose detailed solutions.
• Handle budgets, manage campaign costs, and invoice clients accurately.
• Manage accounts and complete assignments efficiently and on time, including tasks such as campaign performance analysis, media planning, and contract preparation.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 01 year of account management role. Worked at a performance marketing agency is a big plus.
• Good Analytical skills as well as communication skills (oral and written).
• Interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Effective team working skills.
• Proactive, positive attitude, creative thinking, good problem-solving skills, willing to learn, adapt and operate with a dynamic and fast-moving work environment.
• Be able to work under high pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good at Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
