Japanese Interpreter

1. To be the interpreter of the manager: QualificationsIn charge of interpreting Japanese in the meetings, conferences, and meetings with customers/partners inside and outside the company.
To draft, translate the documents, reports as required by direct management.
To ensure information be transmitted correctly and accurately to units and individuals as required.
Support the receipt and distribution of submitted documents that directly manage approved/signed for the units in the Company.2. To manage documents, information of the direct manager:To assure the confidentiality of documents and information in the scope of the job.
To implement other work items: Other tasks once assigned by the manager.

1. QualificationsGraduated with a related university degree.
Certificate in foreign language proficiency.
Be trained in interpretation and translation skills.2. Experiences1 year experience in a similar position.
Being competent in a major foreign language with 4 skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
English proficiency is an advantage.3. General SkillsCommunication skills.
Having the ability to fully comprehend and interpret exactly the ideas.4. Other requirementsOffice computer skill (PowerPoint/Word/Excel…).Keen on work, ability to work under high pressure.
Able to travel to provinces.
