IT Transformation Director ( Real Estate Industry)

We are looking for talented candidates for the IT Transformation Director located at HCM.

Key Responsibilities

IT Strategy & Transformation

• Develop and execute the Group's IT and digital transformation strategy.

• Conduct IT maturity assessment and build a 2-year transformation roadmap.

• Lead implementation of integrated ERP, CRM, and project management platforms.

• Drive system integration across finance, sales, project delivery, and corporate functions.

Information Security & Governance

• Establish and maintain information security and data protection frameworks.

• Ensure compliance with Vietnam Personal Data Protection regulations and international standards.

• Develop IT governance, risk management, business continuity, and disaster recovery plans.

AI & Digital Innovation

• Identify and implement practical AI and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

• Promote digital adoption and process improvement across the organization.

Leadership & Vendor Management

• Build and lead a lean in-house IT team.

• Manage technology vendors, implementation partners, and service providers.

• Own IT budgets and report progress to senior leadership and the Board.

• Minimum 5 years of IT leadership experience, including at least 2 years in Director, VP, CIO, or equivalent roles.

• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide digital transformation programs from strategy through implementation.

• Strong ERP implementation experience (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar) in multi-entity environments.

• Experience with CRM platforms and enterprise business systems.

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, information security frameworks, and data protection compliance.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree is an advantage.

• Fluent English communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience in real estate, property management, hospitality, retail, or other project-driven industries.

• Experience building IT functions and transforming fragmented IT environments.

• Practical experience in AI and workflow automation initiatives.

• Professional certifications such as PMP, CISSP, CISM, ITIL, or TOGAF are advantageous.
