1. Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information technology, Networking, or similar.

• At least 5 years of experience in IT helpdesk, technical support or similar.

2. Technical Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office 365 (install, set-up and troubleshoot)

• Rudimentary networking knowledge (DHCP, DNS)

• Proven customer service experience

• Experience with VMware or other hypervisors.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory is preferred.
