JOB PURPOSE
- Responsible for the client and user support in the Vietnam sites and user support in the APAC sites
- Maintenance of the server, network, and telephone infrastructure in the Vietnam sites
- Assisting in the maintenance of the server, network and telephone infrastructure in the Australian, Japanese and Chinese sites
- Responsible for the seamless IT operations in the APAC sites 24/7 (Server, Storage, Network, Firewall)
- Search, evaluate and implement IT products to improve and simplify business processes in the company.
- Budgeting and cost control of the IT cost center in the Vietnam sites
- Responsible for procurement in the IT environment in the Vietnam sites

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

A. IT & User Support:
• Manage and support servers, PCs, laptops, printers, phones and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure and maintain operating systems and software.
• Manage Active Directory, user accounts, access rights and software licenses.
• Provide user support, training and mobile device support.
• Manage IT equipment procurement according to company standards.

B. Network & Server Administration
• Configure and maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, VLANs, VPN and remote access.
• Monitor network and server performance and troubleshoot incidents.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain Virtualization system

C. Backup & Business Continuity:
• Manage and monitor data backup, recovery and restoration.
• Ensure backup availability and recoverability.
• Maintain backup, disaster recovery and ICT emergency procedures.

D. IT Applications & Vendors:
• Administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365, servers, telephone systems and software distribution.
• Evaluate IT solutions to improve business processes.
• Manage IT vendors, quotations, negotiations and procurement.

E. IT Governance & Security:
• Ensure compliance with IT standards, software licensing, data protection and company policies.
• Review and control access to IT systems and data.
• Enforce IT regulations and security requirements.
• Coordinate with external IT partners to restore critical services when required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management, preferably in a multinational company.
• Fluent in English
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Hyper-V and SQL Server, Microsoft 365 administration, Azure or other cloud platforms, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP, Network infrastructure, VLAN, VPN and firewall, Server, storage and backup technologies
• Hands-on experience with FortiGate/Fortinet is a strong advantage.
• Good end-user support experience and knowledge of ITIL/ticketing systems.
• Cisco/VoIP, network certifications, PMP or ITIL certification are strong advantages.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, conflict management, reporting, presentation and people-management skills.
• Having experience in supporting Microsoft SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate will be a plus.
• Hands-on experience with FortiGate firewall and other Fortinet applications will be a plus.
