IT Senior Staff

I/ Key Responsibilities:
Provide user support for PCs, printers, software, and network at site and office.
Install, configure, and maintain IT systems (Email, PCs, software, devices, LAN, Wi-Fi, Internet).
Manage and maintain Server, SAP/ERP systems, including backup and disaster recovery.
Manage CCTV systems and related network/infrastructure.
Support server systems, backup, and data recovery processes.
II/ Job Requirements:
1. Education:
University degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
2. Experience:
Minimum 1 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
Experience in manufacturing or factory environments is preferred.
Experience working with VPN systems and enterprise systems (SAP/ERP).
3. Knowledge:
Knowledge of computer hardware and Windows operating systems.
Understanding of network systems (LAN/WAN/TCP/IP).
Knowledge of VPN, server systems, and data backup.
Basic knowledge of SAP/ERP and cybersecurity.
4. Skills:
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and user support skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Good time management skills.
