IT Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects within the company, ensuring they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project resources, and communicate with stakeholders to align their requirements and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.

• Utilize Agile methodologies to drive iterative development and ensure continuous improvement.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, understanding their business needs, and providing regular project updates.

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather, analyse, and document detailed business requirements, translating them into actionable user stories.

• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and testers, to achieve project goals.

• Identify and mitigate potential project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.

• Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and key milestones.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Hold a university degree or higher, preferably in IT / Computer Science or a related discipline

• 6 years or above experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry, PMP certification is a plus

• Vendor House experience is an advantage

• Excellent understanding of IT solutions and services

• Experience with project management in software tools & methodologies

• Strong interpersonal skills and resourceful

• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

• Good command of English is required (written and spoken)
