- Develop technical scopes, RFP requirements, evaluation criteria and acceptance standards for IT contractors.

- Lead the technical evaluation of contractor proposals, including solution architecture, functionality, integration, cybersecurity, scalability, implementation approach and total cost.

-- Work with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance and other functions to define business and technical requirements.

- Act as VinMetal’s primary point of contact with IT contractors, consultants and technology vendors.

- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, dependencies and change requests.

Coordinate the implementation, integration, testing, data migration, commissioning, go-live and handover of MES, ERP and related manufacturing systems.

- Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with technical requirements, contractual commitments and delivery milestones.

- Provide project reports, early risk warnings and recommendations to senior management.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.

• At least 10 years of IT experience, including 5 years in an IT Project Management or PMO leadership role.

• Strong understanding of ISA-95 and its application to ERP–MES/MOM–SCADA/DCS/PLC integration in manufacturing environments

• Proven experience managing large-scale technology projects valued at USD 50 million or above.

• Strong hands-on expertise in MES or ERP implementation (or Both); experience with system integration in manufacturing environments is highly preferred.

• Experience in large manufacturing plants, steel, heavy industry, energy, oil and gas, or other complex industrial operations is preferred.

• Strong capability in RFP development, technical proposal evaluation, contractor management and system acceptance.

• Ability to translate production and operational needs into clear, practical IT requirements.

• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Good spoken and written English; capable of leading technical discussions with international contractors.

• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, SAP or relevant MES/ERP certifications are an advantage.
