JOB SUMMARY

Provide IT services and support daily administration tasks as business requirements from Unicity MKT Viet Nam & Unicity Labs Viet Nam.

DETAILS OF RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

1. IT job

- Setup/reinstall PCs/laptops, printer, network equipment.

- Provide end-user support on Desktop systems, networks, hardware/software setups and troubleshooting.

- Support end users for all IT issues: PC hardware, install software, printers, fax, telephone,...

- Graduated from High Diploma or above in Information Technology, or related discipline.

- Ability to read and understand English technical documents in order to acquire, develop knowledge in the process of IT training.

- Knowledge of setup and configuration network router/firewall, switch, IP phones/ WIFI access point.

- Knowledge in computer hardware and software including TCP/IP, Network Infrastructure, Windows Desktop,...
