IT Engineer Team Leader & Security

Compile, edit, and update the company's IT policies.
Regular reporting to the parent company.
Report on copyright usage and inventory of IT assets.
Prepare meeting reports for 3 parent companies.
Isolation backup, recover test.
Review expired software, account.
Control the IT equipment in use and manage the software licenses being used.
Implement activities as requested by parent companies and HR team.
Receive monthly reports to parent company, investigate and identify the root cause, and implement measures to meet the patch installation rate requirements.
Review the operational status of the IT infrastructure, including: network, servers, and network devices.
Receiving information and investigating cybersecurity incidents, implementing countermeasures, and preparing reports to submit to parent company.
Add, edit, and delete user accounts, email groups, meeting rooms, departments, and renew user accounts.
Training for new employees and users on (IT Policy, phishing emails, software licensing).Yearly risk assessment, cyber security self-assessment.
Development orientation IT system.

Graduated from university with a major in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Electronics and Telecommunications.
In-depth understanding of LAN and WAN network systems.
In-depth understanding of server systems, virtualization, and backup systems.
Deep understanding of firewalls and information security systems.
Have good knowledge of security.
Possesses strong report writing, presentation, and training skills.
Cisco and Microsoft certifications.
Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
Candidates with security certifications are preferred.
Able to handle work pressure and is a proactive person.
Experience working with foreign companies and partners is an advantage.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, office hours (7:45 AM to 04:25 PM).Working at a factory in North Thang Long Industrial Park (Dong Anh – Ha Noi).There are buses for traveling to the site.
