1. IT Project Communication

- Organize and document requirements and change requests, taking a leading role in IT project coordination.

- Manage meetings, minutes, schedules, and issue tracking to ensure systematic project progress.

- Facilitate communication between HQ and development teams, actively supporting Korean & Vietnamese/English interactions.

2. Translation, Interpretation, and Documentation

- Interpret and summarize technical and business content during IT-related meetings for clear understanding.

- Translate documents, emails, and reports between Korean & Vietnamese/English, ensuring basic quality checks.

- Provide concise summaries of key meeting points to support management, PMs, and development teams.

3. ODC Administration and Operational Support

- Assist with general administration including attendance, onboarding/offboarding, and asset management.

- Handle official communications, notices, and responses between HQ and relevant departments.

- Maintain documentation and records in compliance with internal regulations, ensuring smooth operations.

4. Competencies, Work Attitude, and AI Utilization

- Strive to understand IT practices and coordinate communication naturally throughout project execution.

- Demonstrate diligence, reliability, and meticulous record/document management.

- Enhance efficiency by leveraging AI and collaboration tools for translation, documentation, and meeting minutes.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in translation, interpretation, administration, or project coordination
• Prior experience working in Korean companies is a plus
• Strong interpretation skills for IT project meetings
