Your daily task:

• Act as the key contact point for project stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and progress updates.

• Manage project scope, timeline, and quality.

• Organize and facilitate project meetings (daily stand-ups, weekly syncs, reviews, retrospectives, etc.).

• Oversee project team performance, manage workload, and assess team capacity.

• Identify and mitigate risks to keep the project on track.

• Resolve conflicts and remove blockers during project execution.

• Ensure all deliverables meet technical and business requirements.

• Translate technical and business documents between Korean and English/Vietnamese.

• Support communication between Korean leaders and the development team to ensure effective collaboration.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Korean: TOPIK 5 +

• Proficient in Korean (both written and spoken)

• English: Business level

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or Product Owner in the IT field

• Strong leadership, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Proactive, responsible, and positive mindset

Nice to have:

• Korean: TOPIK 6

• Experience working with Korean clients

• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile – Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

• Relevant certifications (PMP, PSM, PSPO, etc.)
