International Talent Acquisition Intern

• Support end-to-end recruitment for international roles (sourcing, screening, coordination)
• Search and approach candidates via LinkedIn and other global platforms
• Communicate with candidates in English (email, LinkedIn messages, interviews support)
• Update recruitment data and prepare basic reports
• Work closely with experienced TA professionals on real hiring projects

• Final-year students, fresh graduates, or candidates early in their HR career
• Good English skills (working proficiency required)
• Available to work full-time (or near full-time)
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Headhunting, or International HR
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
