International Program Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated International Program Department Manager to oversee our International Program Department. The right candidate will bring expertise in both Oxford International programs and the Vietnamese MOET program, with proven experience in educational leadership and management.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage the International Program Department, including teachers and coordinators.
Oversee curriculum development, implementation, and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with academic quality standards and school policies.
Evaluate teacher performance and support professional development.
Communicate with parents regarding student progress and academic programs.
Organize examinations (school exams and international exams).

Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or related field.
Solid academic background with experience in international and Vietnamese curricula.
Prior management or leadership experience in education.
Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving ability.
