Doing documentation for export shipments air and ocean:

• Contacting clients to get shipment details

• Arranging transports to airports and seaports with our own local contract partners

• Preparing Shipping Instruction and submitting to carriers/co-loader without mistakes

• Submitting SI, VGM, E-manifest, Pre-alert,...

• Arranging HBL, HAWB on Freightek software and giving instructions for MBL/MAWB

• Issuing the debit note/invoice to customers/ oversea partners

• Tracking shipments and updating to customers & oversea partners

• Supporting in administration tasks

Doing documentation for import shipments air and ocean:

• Communication with Agents overseas

• Receiving pre-alert and arranging import documentation like AN, EDO, PAO... and arrange import manifest of cargo

• Sending invoices to customers and release cargo after payment

• Arranging transports from airports and seaports to customers with our own local contract partners

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Foreign Trade or relevant

• At least 6 months of experience in logistics documentation

• English communication in all 4 skills

• Being able to work independently, solving problems in a good and flexible way.
