International Business Development Staff

We are seeking a Key Account / Business Development to manage sales and sales strategy for our spices portfolio, expand into new markets, maintain and develop key customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction from the initial deal through after-sales service. 

• Implemented strategic projects within the organization to driver “Customer Centricity” as a core focus;
• Coordinate with businesses and stakeholders from customers engagement, market study, costing, designing, procurement (packaging material, raw material), logistics, finance, planning and production;
• Effectively manage information systems in storing and visualizing data when reporting to managers;
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust;
• Perform other tasks when requested by the upper level.

• Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Business, Food science, Agriculture, IMEX or a related field;
• Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience, ideally in sales, customer service, Food industry, FMCG. 
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written English skills with the ability to articulate our value proposition clearly and persuasively; 
• Drive & Persistence: Highly self-motivated, persistent, innovative and competitive with a strong desire to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment; 
• Organizational Skills: time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Willing to work in Dong Nai.
