International Accounting Supervisor

Department : Finance and Accounting

Reports to: Finance and Accounts Manager

✓ Oversee and execute all transactions of sales and operation to accounting software

✓ Execute and reconcile intercompany transactions between domestic and foreign entities

✓ Manage and reconcile all accounts: cash, inventory, receivable, payable…to ensure correct ledger

✓ Prepare and consolidate managerial financial statement and local-based standard financial report of subsidiaries, branches

✓ Ensure compliance with international tax regulations (Withholding tax, VAT/GST in various countries…)

✓ Perform financial analysis for international business activities, providing information to support decision-making

✓ Liaise with external auditors on matters related to international accounting

✓ Maintain relationship with international banks and financial institutions

✓Other accounting admin job.

Education/ Học vấn

✓ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Related experiences/ Kinh nghiệm làm việc

✓ 2 years of management accounting experience

✓ Experience in trading, ecommerce, manufacturing industry

Essential Capabilities/ Năng lực cần thiết

✓ In-depth knowledge of international tax regulations

✓ Proficiency in accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP…)

2nd Languague ability/ Ngoại ngữ

✓ Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) for working with international partners and documents.

Computer skills/ Kỹ năng vi tính

✓ Familiar with spreadsheet skills,Quickbook online, Xero, ERP…

Additional notes/ Yêu cầu khác

✓ Cultural Awareness: Understanding of cultural differences and business practices in the USA, Singapore, and Russia.

✓ Effective communicatioon and presentation skills

✓ Ability to work independently and under high pressure

✓ Meticulous,careful and highly responsible
