Intern - Quality System Staff

Perform the following tasks in Quality System role:
-
Provides oversight for maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes and procedures that ensure compliance with policies and that the performance and quality of services conform to established internal and external standards and guidelines.
- Follow interpreting policies, regulatory and/or governmental regulations, and internal regulations to assure compliance.
- Works directly with operating entities to provide process analyses oversight on a continuing basis to enforce requirements and meet regulations.
- Assist and support all production lines to implement the documented requirements to comply with Medtronic, ISO standard and regulatory requirements.
Perform the following tasks as Document Control Specialist:
-  Assist in creating, revising and maintaining current controlled documents of including document change order processing, specification and process changes, protocols, etc..
- Assist and provide guidance in the controlling of document change requests, Maintain and monitor ECO/CDP/DCO log, and provide notification of all approvals.
- Issue, distribute, and update the controlled document hard copies.
- Create and maintain master list of documents, SOPs, work instructions, … in controlled documents database, ensure the accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain, inspect periodically data to assure record traceability and document control.
- Retain/ archive DHRs (Device History Record), obsolete document and quality records following Quality System requirements.
- Assist to complete registration records according to regulatory affair requirements.
Preference will be given to fresh graduates and final-year students.
Graduated University: Chemical, Quality Administration, Industrial Management, Electric & Electronic.
Understand design control procedure clear, ISO9001, ISO 13485 and regulatory requirements.
Good English communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
