Intern - Market Access – Patient Access

Support the exploration, assessment, and initiation of access solution initiatives to enhance patient access to J&J innovative therapies.
Patient Assistance Program (PAP) is one of the most critical access levers in the self-pay market.
Through a PAP, more patients can have access to JNJ’s innovative medicines. Hence, it is essential to maintain a robust and efficient operating model to ensure timely patient access. The candidate is expected to demonstrate strong project management capability and manage growing patient volume and operational complexity.
Transition from Manual to Digital operating model: Change readiness and maintain deployment tracker and milestone log.
Project Documentation & Governance enhancement: Consolidate operational records into a structured Project Document Repository, document standardization, and streamline processes.
Data governance and performance monitoring: Review and monitor data of PAPs in maintaining an audit-ready document structure.
Cost Control to be aligned with the approval baseline.
Other MA projects: Assist other MA team 2026 projects to enhance patient access and optimize business processes.

Relevant fields of study: Pharmacy, Medical Doctor, Public Health, or other Health Science-related degrees.
Analytical thinker with patient access interest.
MS Office skills.
English proficiency.
Proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative learner.
