Intern Developer

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Intern Developer to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in developing software products for the Banking and Finance sector under the guidance of experienced mentors.

• Learn and Participate: Support the research and development of software products in the Banking and Finance sector, including Core Banking, E-Banking, E-wallet, and Data warehouse.
• Study & Analyze: Study project documentation, including business operations, system requirements, and design specifications under the guidance of mentors.
• Coding & Development: Assist in coding assigned functions, small modules, or tasks, ensuring adherence to coding standards.

Requirements:

• Experience & Availability: No prior experience required. Open to fresh graduates or final-year students who are ready to work full-time.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Programming, or related fields.
• Core Fundamentals: Solid foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Data Structures, and Algorithms.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Backend programming languages, specifically .NET / C#.
  • Good understanding of relational databases (SQL, such as MySQL, SQL Server).
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong logical thinking with effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, with a strong willingness to learn and explore new technologies.
  • Excellent teamwork, effective communication, and a high sense of responsibility.
• Language: Good English skills are a strong plus.
