Integrated Talent Executive

• Recruit, screen, and interview candidates in accordance with legal requirements, company standards/policies, using competency-based interview questions.

• Develop, review, and update job descriptions, while analyzing areas of improvement based on Nestlé guidelines.

• Execute and provide reports related to Recruitment, Training, and Organizational Development.

• Build and maintain the company's recruitment data; encourage internal recruitment alongside L&D initiatives.

• Conduct exit interviews for employees.

• Manage employee training and development records, update the organizational chart in the system.

• Coordinate/guide training programs for all levels, talent development programs, succession planning, and management trainee programs.

• Manage training evaluation for both internal and external training organizations/instructors, pre- and post-course assessment, and training records maintenance.

• Support internal communication programs (intranet, internal newsletters).

• Support the implementation of surveys, assessments, and the execution of long-term talent development plans.

• Support inspirational activities to foster employee engagement and create a friendly work environment.

• Implement and monitor training plans

• Perform other tasks as required by the direct LM

Yêu cầu công việc

- At least 2 years of experience in HR.

- Good knowledge of Human Resources Management, especially in competency management, training, and development.

- Proficient in computer skills and english skills
