Job Purpose:

- Supporting internal activities facing all Sales Functions

- Supporting the external activities facing HWL’s clients

Key responsibilities: Assist all Sales Functions facing:

Commercial issues:

- Obtaining rates

- Cost validation or negotiation

- Giving ad-hoc quotation to customer

- Act as sales indoor to execute sales process when required.

- Joint-sales visits with different Sales Functions in order to support the commercial communication and business execution in later stages.

Business execution

- Giving shipping instruction to operation

- Support to adherence to shipping instruction and SOPs

Administration and back-up

- Coordinate internally with team member for related reports (sales activities; CRM dashboard; monthly/weekly sales report; minutes of meeting; etc.)

- Provide instant support to Sales Management or Sales colleagues in term of interfacing with customers; internal/external stakeholders when necessary.

Inter-faces

- Country Sales All Functions – provide support on non-customer direct and internal issues

- Operation – Pricing info & business execution

- Pricing – cost building up

- HWL Networks – Obtain cost & further support business execution

Yêu cầu công việc

- 2 year of work experience in Logistics/ Freight Forwarding is preferred. Comprehensive training will be provided to fresh graduates who have a good cultural fit and a willingness to learn quickly.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in English (especially speaking) & Vietnamese. Fluent in Chinese is a plus

- Able to handle multiple and changing priorities

- Able to work effectively, independently in a team environment

- Able to manage cross-functional interfaces (operations; pricing; products, etc.)

- Self-organized (prioritize, plan, execute, self-control)
