Innovative Client Partnership Leadership Trainee

ACTUAL THINGS YOU’LL DO
The Innovative Clients & Partner Leadership (Business Development Trainee on Market mechanism will assist in the execution of Business Development for our company on Startups penetration/ expansion and Corporate Innovation Sourcing Services:
- Searching information and contact to partners, suppliers, corporates, startups, etc. as required to develop business
- Proceeding the production, distribution and mailing of information to partners
- Prepare and compile contents to introduce, discuss and consult clients about suitable market solutions based on their demands via official documents, emails and presentations.
- Preparing documents, contracts and agreements related to the services and clients’ requirements.
- Translating documents, proposals, agreements from Vietnamese to English and vice versa
- Supporting with administrative tasks such as setting up meetings, taking meeting minutes, creating agendas and dealing with external enquiries
- Supporting BOD and Partnership Team in the execution of Partnership Strategy to achieve business development goals
- Any other responsibilities as may reasonably be required

THE REQUIREMENTS
To be considered, applicants should have the following minimum qualifications:
- Good oral and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English
- Interpersonal skills and problem solving
- Experienced in performing thorough desk-based research with the ability to concisely summarize information and identify key points
- Good at computer skills and familiarity with Google Sheets/Docs/Slides
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a robust environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work. This means you are willing to put in the effort/time required to get the job “done right” – not “done right now.”
- Enough confidence to share your ideas, participate in business conversations, and take (or give) constructive criticism. We are open and welcome all new proposals to make our work better!
