1–3 years of experience in an administrative, compliance, licensing, corporate filing, or related role.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to track multiple filing and payment deadlines.
Demonstrated written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
Proficient in English both written and verbal.
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
Experience supporting business license applications and renewals, sales tax registrations, annual reports, or other regulatory filings.
Experience using ServiceNow or a comparable service-management or case-management system.
Experience coordinating filing fees, penalties, check payments, or other payments with state or local jurisdictions.
Experience maintaining compliance records and preparing status or compliance reports.

The pay range for this position is $44,982 - $77,112 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
