Viet Vision Travel and Trading Joint Stock Company (Viet Vision Travel) was established in 2007 and specializes in inbound, domestic, and outbound travel. Position: Sales Inbound

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries daily
• Coordinate with internal departments: Marketing, Operations, and Accounting
• Assist customers before, during, and after their trips
• Prepare sale reports as required
• Support team members and complete tasks as assigned
• Participate in company training programs

Personal Qualifications & Experience:

• University graduate (preferable Foreign Languages or Tourism)
• Inbound sales experience is an advantage
• Fluent in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing)
• Proactive, responsible, and enthusiastic
• Enjoys interacting with foreign clients and working in tourism
• Willing to work in the office with stable hours
