In-House Graphic Designer

Develop internal graphic design materials, such as presentations, posters, infographics, and branding assets, ensuring consistency with the company’s visual identity.
Create and edit video content for internal campaigns, events, and presentations, incorporating basic motion graphics.
Collaborate with various teams to conceptualize and produce engaging 3D visuals for in-houseuse, including product showcases, internal training materials, and visual prototypes
Assist in maintaining a cohesive internal communication strategy through innovative and professional design solutions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools to enhance creative output and ensure innovative design approaches.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality deliverables within deadlines.
Organize and archive design assets, maintaining a streamlined workflow for easy accessibility
• Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 1–2 years in graphic design, with exposure to video editing and 3D content creation preferred.
• Software Proficiency:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- 3D design tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or equivalent software.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics software.
• Skills:
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Ability to visualize and create compelling content in both 2D and 3D.
- Good communication and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams.
• Preferred:
- Experience in creating internal branding or corporate media content.
