In_App Content Operations Associate

About the Role

We're looking for a Content Operations Associate who lives online, gets the joke, and knows how to turn a viral moment into a growth engine. This is a strategy-and-systems role where you'll define how each surface is curated, shape how our recommendation and display systems show games off, identify high-potential users, build systems that help them grow, and read the data to know what's working.

What You'll Do

• Monitor trends across TikTok, Reddit, X, and elsewhere to spot content formats and creator behaviors worth bringing into company ecosystem

• Own surface strategies and build scalable programs from individual creator wins — document what worked, systematize it, repeat

• Shape recommendation and display logic — feeding curation intent and signals into how games get ranked and shown to players

• Coach creators on content quality, game design thinking, and how to grow their audience on platform

• Own key metrics: creator retention, game creation volume, remix activity, and community engagement

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and the wider content team to surface user needs and shape platform priorities

• 3 years in content strategy, community/creator ops, growth/marketing ops, editorial, or a related content role

• Genuine fluency in internet culture — you understand memes, gaming content, and Gen Z/Gen Alpha humor without it needing to be explained

• Analytically enough to track what's working and structured enough to build repeatable programs from it

• Systems thinker who can zoom out from individual decisions to the rules behind them. Comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast

• Fluent in Vietnamese and English (required); Mandarin Chinese proficiency would be a plus

• Bonus: you've created content yourself, or you've played around with game-making tools
