Import Officer/ Nhân Viên Nhập Khẩu

Handle and manage all import activities to ensure compliance with Vietnamese regulations and company policies.

• Prepare and process import documentation (contracts, invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, customs declarations).

• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to ensure smooth clearance and timely delivery.

• Follow up shipment schedules, track cargo status, and resolve any issues related to delays or discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate records of import transactions and update internal systems.

• Support purchasing and production teams regarding imported materials and schedules.

• Support finance team with payment procedures related to import activities.

• Provide regular reports on import status, costs, and compliance matters.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in international business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in import/export or logistics.

• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and import procedures in Vietnam.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Familiar with customs procedure and import documentation.

• Familiar with ERP systems is an advantage.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.

Language

• Speaking in English and Korean would be strong advantage.
