• Manage and lead the IE team to ensure production efficiency.

• Analyze the sewing process, line layout, and line balancing to improve productivity.

• Develop, update, and manage labor standards (SAM/SMV) and process standards.

• Monitor productivity and production efficiency, and propose improvement solutions.

• Coordinate with the Production, Engineering, Quality Control, and Order Management departments to implement new product codes.

• Train, guide, and evaluate IE staff.

• Implement Lean, Kaizen, and 5S projects to optimize costs and enhance production efficiency.

• Report departmental performance results to the leadership team.

• Capable of creating jigs and fixtures and implementing improvements.

• Proficient in operating automated machines (automatic quilting machines, electronic programmable machines, etc.) and specialized machinery.

• Proficiency in Excel and specialized software (GSD, IE, or equivalent is an advantage).
