Tuyển dụng HSE Staff - Focus on Safety tại Đồng Nai

JOB PURPOSE:
To strengthen workplace safety at the factory by focusing on on-site safety inspections, hazard identification, risk control, and prevention of unsafe acts and conditions in production areas.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct regular
Safety Patrol and Safety Inspection at production areas and across the factory.
Proactively identify hazards, unsafe acts and unsafe conditions in the workplace.
Assess safety risks and propose appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
Follow up on safety violations and ensure corrective actions are properly implemented.
Support
Risk Assessment, Incident/Near-miss Investigation and safety improvement activities.
Monitor employees’ compliance with
PPE and safety regulations.
Conduct safety communication, toolbox meetings and basic
Safety Training for employees.
Prepare
HSE/Safety reports and other reports as required.
Perform other HSE tasks assigned by Manager.
Bachelor’s/College degree in
Occupational Safety, HSE, Environmental Engineering or related fields.
At least 3 years of HSE experience, preferably in a manufacturing/factory environment.
Strong Safety experience, especially in factory site inspection and hazard identification.
Strong ability to identify
Unsafe Acts, Unsafe Conditions and potential risks at production sites.
Practical experience in
Risk Assessment, Safety Inspection and Incident/Near-miss Investigation.
Proactive, responsible and confident in working directly with production teams.
Basic knowledge of
ISO 45001 and Vietnamese occupational safety regulations.
Basic English, mainly for reading documents and preparing reports.
Good communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills.
