1. Position Objective:

• As formal assessor of quality and occupational health and safety system, carry out inner assessment according to the requirement;

• Prepare for assessment through retrospection usable program and specification;

• Implement specialized assessment working;

• Finish assessment report as required;

• Family with the basic statistics knowledge;

• Understand IATF16949 Quality system.

3. Tasks/ Responsibilities:(Main Activities)

• Be responsible for EHS related issues in plant, such as firefighting management, environmental management (incl. waste water treatment station) and safety management.

• Be responsible for prevention and management of occupational health issues.

• Supervises and coordinates all maintenance service and repairs pertaining to building and related equipment.

• Management of utility services, maintenance, and administration issues to ensure the day to day plant operation smoothly.

• Takes charges of all emergencies and ensures responsible back-up is available in order to take corrective action as necessary.

• Formulas and implements preventative programs for utility systems, equipment and building maintenance.

• Manage a variety of outside contractors and suppliers to ensure a quality delivery of the services meeting corporate requirements.

• Conducts in–service training and implements safety regulations and programs.

• Be responsible for department budget.

• Be responsible to elaborate and maintain all technical documents linked to Buildings and Facilities (i.e. electrical drawings, lay-out, agreements…)

• Be responsible for improvement and reduction of running costs (power consumption, water...)

• Bachelor degree with Environment

• At least 5 year EHS management experience especially in fire firefighting/ environmental and industrial safety fields.

• Have experience to manage waste water treatment system or have waste water treatment knowledge and familiar with waste water discharge standards.

• Be familiar with hot work permit /elevated work permit /confined space entry /LO&TO control etc.

• Be familiar with local standards /codes /law related to firefighting/safe and environmental management, construction, installation, safety etc.

• Rich experience in new plants relocation.

• Good understanding of facility issues, maintenance issues, contracts management, project management and financial management.

Specific Knowledge Require

• Skillful to do incident analysis with FTA method and familiar with industrial risk identification and control technology.

• Prefer to have internal Auditor certificate of ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 certificate

• Good English skill and good PC skills, such as Auto CAD, MS Office.
