HSE Manager

ROLE: Manage HSE activities to ensure safe, compliant, and sustainable operations in alignment with company and group requirements.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with legal and company requirements.

• Ensure workplace safety through risk assessment, hazard identification, and implementation of preventive and corrective actions.

• Manage incident/accident investigations and ensure effective corrective action follow-up.

• Organize and conduct HSE training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.

• Monitor environmental, health, and safety compliance, including waste management and related legal requirements.

• Coordinate and manage HSE, sustainability, social responsibility, and compliance-related audits in accordance with customer and group requirements.

• Support ISO management systems and coordinate internal, external, and customer compliance activities.

• Participate in meetings with the Group regarding HSE strategies and ensure alignment with group direction.

• Prepare HSE reports, statistics, and proposals for management and group review.

• Lead the HSE team and coordinate with related departments to drive continuous improvement in HSE performance.

• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, compliance practices, and sustainability requirements in manufacturing environments.

• Experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, audit coordination, and corrective action implementation.

• Ability to develop and implement HSE programs, training activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Strong communication, reporting, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with management and the parent company.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken), with the ability to effectively communicate and participate in meetings with the Group, along with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
