HSE Executive (Chuyên viên An toàn)

Manage occupational health and safety operations
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations; regularly remind and urge department heads and factory employees to comply with OHS requirements.
Manage safety operations at Tan Phu Factory: manage safety records, develop inspection and safety improvement plans, and conduct safety training for employees.
Training: identify needs, develop plans, implement, and monitor safety training programs for all factory employees, including internal and external training in accordance with legal requirements.
Participate in meetings with factory management to implement timely improvement measures.
Proactively work with relevant stakeholders on assigned responsibilities.
Develop documentation, procedures, processes, regulations, and related materials for chemical safety, equipment subject to strict safety requirements, and safety training.
Manage, control, and carry out inspection, certification, and regulatory declaration of equipment subject to strict safety requirements with relevant authorities.
Training
Provide occupational health and safety training for new employees.
Conduct annual training in accordance with the established plan.
Conduct periodic toolbox talks as planned or as required for employees.
Coordinate with the Human Resources department and relevant departments to organize legally required training for designated employee groups.
Inspect and assess safety regulation
Conduct monthly periodic inspections of safety operations at the factory.
Prepare relevant documentation related to assigned responsibilities (training records, machinery and equipment inspection/certification records, etc.) for factory inspections.
Report
Prepare daily occupational health and safety (EHS) reports at Tan Phu Factory.
Report arising safety issues and provide updates on improvement progress.
Prepare periodic reports as required by the company and the group on assigned areas (training, safety, machinery and equipment inspection/certification, etc.).
Report and participate in investigations of occupational accidents related to assigned responsibilities.
Other
Knowledgeable and experienced in operating fire prevention and firefighting systems.
Control OEM contractors: provide safety training, review safe work plans, and issue work permits for labor-supplying companies working at the factory.
Manage the issuance and control of personal protective equipment (PPE) for the company.
Control factory security at Tan Phu Factory.
Support environmental management activities and ESG programs at the factory.
Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager.
Educational Background: Graduated from College/University with a major related to Health, Occupational Safety, Environment or related fields
Expertise Skills & Experience
Preferably with experience in Occupational Health and Safety (EHS) at multinational companies.
Good English in writing & communication
Proficient in office computer skills (MS Office, etc.)

Proactive, eager to learn.
