HRBP Executive/Hành Chính Nhân Sự (Long An)

Manage end-to-end recruitment for all office staff at the factory.
Deliver a complete and consistent onboarding experience for every new hire.
Promote employer brand presence on social media pages.
Build partnerships with businesses and schools to enhance the factory's labor pool (part-time, internship, and other resources).Take the lead in planning and executing internal engagement initiatives and events.
Handle all internal communication channels to keep employees informed and connected.
Develop and implement operational plans for CSR and ESG activities.
Manage all training programs across the factory (both internal and external), including occupational safety, soft skills, and other relevant courses.
Assist in coordinating classes to ensure they run smoothly.
Centralize and maintain HR Information System (CJ platforms).Drive the Performance Management & Development System process and roadmap.
Effectively control budgets and execute annual plans.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar generalist role, preferably in a factory/manufacturing environment.
Proactive leadership and ability to drive employee engagement activities independently.
Strong skills in planning, event organization, and project management.
Good internal communication and cross-department collaboration.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure in a factory setting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR tools.
Good command of English (reading/writing reports, communicating with expat partners).
