HR Senior Leader

1. Experience & Knowledge:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related fields.
Minimum 4–5 years of HR experience, preferably with strong exposure to Recruitment and HR Operations.
Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment (15–30 hires per month).
Strong ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and take ownership of deliverables.
Experience working cross-functionally and partnering directly with business stakeholders.
Solid understanding of Vietnam Labor Law/Social Insurance regulations
