HR Senior Group Leader

Job Responsibilities

• Advise the HR Manager on developing and implementing HR strategies and policies aligned with the Company's business objectives and development direction.

• Develop, improve, standardize, and monitor the implementation of HR policies, regulations, procedures, and systems in compliance with labor laws and the Company's management principles.

• Analyze workforce requirements and develop recruitment plans, workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning to support the Company's growth.

• Plan, implement, and oversee recruitment, training and development, employee engagement surveys, onboarding, and other human resource development programs.

• Monitor and ensure the effective implementation of compensation and benefits programs, including salary, bonuses, welfare, social insurance, and other employee benefit policies.

• Develop and promote corporate culture, foster a positive working environment, and enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

• Handle employee relations matters, labor discipline, labor disputes, grievances, and other HR-related issues while ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.

• Lead, coach, train, and develop the HR team to enhance professional capabilities and improve overall departmental performance.

• Analyze HR metrics, prepare monthly HR reports, and recommend improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of human resource management.

• Collaborate with other departments to implement continuous improvement initiatives, HR digital transformation projects, and organizational development programs.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources.

• Strong knowledge of the Labor Code, Social Insurance Law and other relevant labor regulations.

• Proven experience in developing HR systems, KPI management, performance management, and talent management.

• Strong leadership, planning, organizational, coaching, and team development skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Fluent in English with strong proficiency in all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
