HR Position/ Thực Tập Sinh-Nhân Viên Nhân Sự (Workplace: Hai Phong Factory)

• Conduct an annual training and development needs assessment.

• Conduct various training methods across the company (e.g. presentations, coaching, online training, and on-the-job training, outside training).

• Manage & makee monthly training costs & training report.

• Collect and/or develop effective training materials using a variety of media.

• Plan, organize, facilitate and order supplies for employee training and development events.

• Evaluate the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Technical/ HR/ Economics or related field.

• Fluent in English & MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Ability to use video making tools (AI, Adobe Pre...) is an advantage

• Adaptable to a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.

• Ability to design and deliver effective training and development.

• Be proactive, detailed oriented, Logical thinking and communication skills
