Tuyển dụng HR Operations Executive tại Hồ Chí Minh

Key Responsibilities
• Support the recruitment process for Vietnamese candidates applying for healthcare and administrative positions, including candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview arrangements, candidate communication, and onboarding coordination.
• Work with recruitment agencies and job platforms to source suitable candidates.
• Provide administrative and onboarding support for foreign employees in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Liaise with external training providers and compile training records and supporting documents, particularly for medical staff.
• Prepare regulatory documents and support applications and renewals for work permits, medical practice licenses, and other professional registrations for foreign healthcare professionals.
• Liaise with the Ministry of Health, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health, and other competent government authorities on new regulatory matters.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in recruitment, HR operations, or regulatory administration.
• Experience in recruitment and general HR operations.
• Knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and social insurance regulations.
• Experience working with government authorities, particularly in handling work permits and medical practice licenses, is an advantage.
• Experience in the healthcare sector or an international organization is preferred.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
