HR Manager

- Explore and test a wide range of sourcing channels, including TopCV and other Vietnamese job platforms, schools, referrals, community networks, and staffing agencies, and open new ones as needed
- Record hiring outcomes by channel (volume, quality, cost, time-to-fill, early retention) and compare them, so that channel decisions are based on evidence rather than habit
- Manage relationships with staffing agencies: selection, briefing, quality control, and cost negotiation
- Run the end-to-end hiring process: screening criteria, structured interviews, practical assessments, offer and closing
- Keep the core team fully staffed, and build the hiring capacity we will need as headcount grows
- Support payroll processing together with our external payroll partner, and manage attendance, leave, social insurance, and benefits data
- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor law, covering contracts, working hours, terminations, and internal labor regulations
- Build and maintain HR policies, employee handbook, and personnel records; manage HR systems and data
- Run onboarding and help new hires reach production standard quickly
- Support performance management and the internal promotion track for team leads
- Handle employee relations and grievances; monitor engagement and attrition drivers and act on them, since retention matters as much as hiring at this stage
- Share what you see on the ground with HQ to inform workforce planning as the site scales
Yêu cầu công việc
- Vietnamese national with native Vietnamese proficiency
- 3+ years of HR experience covering both recruiting and HR operations
- Comfortable working independently and building processes that don't exist yet
- Business-level English for daily work with the Korean HQ
- English CV preferred
- Experience with high-volume hiring in a manufacturing, BPO, logistics, or similarly operational environment
- Korean language ability. You will work closely with Korean colleagues, so this makes collaboration much easier
- Working knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and payroll and social insurance practice
- Experience at a foreign-invested (Korean or other) subsidiary
- Interest in AI and robotics, and comfort explaining unfamiliar work to candidates
