HR & GA Manager (Can Tho)

Position Summary
The HR & GA Manager is responsible for leading HR and GA functions across Manufacturing and Commercial operations in Vietnam, partnering with business leaders to drive organizational performance, talent, and compliance aligned with business objectives.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to drive people strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead end-to-end HR & GA operations across Manufacturing and Commercial functions.
Manage talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, learning & development, and compensation & benefits.
Ensure compliance with Vietnam Labor Law, company policies, and corporate governance.
Support organizational development, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
Drive HR projects, process improvements, and HR reporting to support business growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in an HR leadership role.
Strong HR Business Partner experience supporting both Manufacturing and Commercial businesses.
Solid knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English.
Willing to travel regularly between
Can Tho and
Ho Chi Minh City.
