HR Fresher / Junior (Recruitment & Training)

Recruitment & Onboarding – Main FocusLocation: Ton That Tung Street, Ho Chi Minh City

Level: Fresher / JuniorSupport end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, CV screening, and interview coordination.
Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand recruitment needs, update candidate status, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Assist with onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing welcome materials and supporting newcomers during their first days.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment tracking files, and regular recruitment reports.
Support the improvement of recruitment processes, including the use of AI tools to optimize daily tasks.
Employee Engagement & LearningSupport the HR team in organizing internal events, training sessions, employee surveys, and engagement activities.
Contribute ideas to enhance employee engagement and strengthen company culture.
Assist with internal communication campaigns and follow up on employee feedback.
Support other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR team.

Fresh graduate or candidate with 1-2 year of experience in IT Recruitment.
Strong interest in recruitment and a clear career orientation in Human Resources.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and follow deadlines.
Good organizational skills and ability to manage data accurately.
Basic proficiency in office tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, and Word.
Able to use AI tools at work and proactive in learning and adopting new AI technologies.
Good English communication skill.
