[HQ HCM] Assistant to MD - Glam Beautique (Trợ lý bộ phận thu mua)

Assist Merchandiser to satisfy the needs of the Customer, achieving sales, stock and profit targets
Create SKU & PO as per MD's regulation​
Make/Adjust Cost & Price in PROFIT system​
Monitor Suppliers' Sales & Stock movement, ​Contact suppliers for Price check, Promotion scheme check & request​
Check merchandise at Selling Area, display goods on shelves to follow MD's Planogram​
Check actual stock condition in backroom, adjust the display if necessary​
Update the MD sales report and send to Merchandisers​
Update Price & Artwork for Monthly Mailer based on Manu to ensure 100% accuracy achievement​
Work with internal departments like Accounting, Legal, IT, RDC… for related documentation in need​
Support MDs in other relevant tasks
Bachelor degree in Economic, business administration or equivalent qualifications
Fresher is welcomed

Customer-focused/Customer Oriented mindset
Abilities to use Computer, Office programs and Database.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure.
Strong analytical ability and good in data/figures
