Experience
Minimum 3–5 years experience in housekeeping/service management within factory or industrial environment.
Experience managing outsourced housekeeping contractors and cleaning operations.
Experience in waste segregation and scrap management is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Good English communication skills (spoken & written) are preferred.
Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and service management.
Good understanding of procedures, compliance, and discipline.
Careful, responsible, proactive, and service-minded.
Able to work under pressure and support urgent operational requirements.
